Fitness Classes

We have classes for Yoga, Belly Dance, Pilates, Meditation, Body Sculptz, Circut training, Flexibility Stretching Class, Zumba and more. The focus of the class would be on full-body workout concentrating on toning the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. High energy and cardio elevated your heart rate to help you blast fat, boost your metabolism, and burn calories. The classes are taken by our external teachers who are certified to teach and are associated with the company with long term commitment.
This 45 to 60 min class targets burning fat, building muscle, increasing strength and stamina, also strengthens immunity. These classes includes lifestyle guidance, diet chart and body monitoring as well for each individual.

Body Conditioning

The body conditioning classes use techniques
 of Yoga, Feldenkrais Method, Alexander technique, body-mindfulness, and other techniques that help to understand the body and mind. The classes are focused to develop good body structure, flexibility, and mobility in students.
